22.1 The Committee may delegate the powers it has received in accordance with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act to the Chairperson, any member of the Committee or the Sub-Committee as required. 22.2 The Chairman or the General Manager may delegate the authority granted to him to any authorized employee of the Institute as required.
